PowerPivot's After Hours means After "Business Hours" but not before

When working with PowerPivot's data refresh mechanism, you have an option to specify After business hours for the desired time frame for the refresh.
  This option has a very interesting, if not potentially annoying, characteristic.

 
For starters, the user has no idea what is defined by after hours.
